The SN74LVC2G08DCTR is a dual 2-input AND gate from the 74LVC family, packing two independent AND functions into the SM8 package (8-LSSOP/MSOP, 2.80 mm width).
Propagation delay and output drive
Maximum propagation delay is 3.8 ns at 5 V with a 50 pF load — this sets the timing budget for the data path; the actual toggle rate depends on the output rise time into the load capacitance. Each output sources or sinks 32 mA, enough to drive a standard CMOS input or a small LED without a buffer. Quiescent current is 10 µA max — the gate draws negligible supply current when the outputs are static, which matters for battery-powered or always-on circuits.
