Dual 2-input NAND in a 2.8 mm-wide SM8
The SN74LVC2G00DCTR is a Texas Instruments dual 2-input NAND gate from the 74LVC family, packaged in an 8-lead SM8 (2.80 mm wide). It operates from 1.65 V up to 5.5 V, covering 3.3 V and 5 V logic rails without needing a separate level translator. Each of the two gates can sink or source 32 mA, enough to drive an LED or a low-power relay coil directly. Propagation delay is 3.3 ns typical at 5 V with a 50 pF load, which keeps signal skew low in clock distribution or address decoding paths.
Supply range and temperature grade
The input logic thresholds scale with supply: low threshold is 0.7 V to 0.8 V, high is 1.7 V to 2 V, so it reliably interprets 3.3 V LVTTL levels. Quiescent current is 10 µA max, so it adds negligible draw in battery-powered or always-on circuits.
Package and procurement posture
The part is supplied on tape and reel (TR) or cut tape (CT). Pricing and lead time are confirmed at quote against your BOM quantity.
