What this inverting buffer does for your bus
Each of the two elements handles four bits, and the 3-state outputs let you share a data bus cleanly — pull the output-enable pins high and the outputs go high-impedance, not fighting the line.
Supply range and temperature — where it works
Rated from 1.65V to 3.6V, this part covers the common low-voltage logic rails. The 24mA symmetric output drive (both high and low) is enough to drive a handful of CMOS inputs or a short twisted-pair stub on a backplane.
Housed in a 20-TSSOP package (4.40mm body width), it is a surface-mount part. No special MSL handling beyond standard precautions — but as with any TSSOP, verify the solder-paste stencil aperture for the 0.65mm pitch to avoid bridging.
