Single-pole analog switch in SC-70-5
The Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G66DCKJ is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) normally open analog switch in a 5-pin SC-70-5 package. It switches signals up to 300 MHz bandwidth with a 10 Ohm max on-state resistance, making it suitable for audio, video, and low-speed RF routing in portable and industrial equipment.
300 MHz bandwidth and 4.2 ns switching — signal-path fit
The -3 dB bandwidth of 300 MHz covers composite video, baseband analog signals, and digital signals up to several hundred Mbps. Maximum turn-on time is 4.2 ns and turn-off time is 5 ns, so the switch can handle fast multiplexing without distorting the signal edge.
The 10 Ohm on-resistance is specified across the full supply range, so the insertion loss stays consistent regardless of the rail voltage.
Industrial temperature grade and SC-70-5 footprint
The SC-70-5 (SOT-353) package occupies about 2.0 mm × 2.1 mm on the board, fitting dense mixed-signal layouts. Mounting is surface-mount only.
