Single 1:2 decoder/demultiplexer for board-level signal routing
It selects one of two outputs based on the address input, functioning as either a 1-of-2 decoder or a 1:2 demultiplexer. The wide supply range of 1.65V to 5.5V lets it interface with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V logic domains without a level shifter.
The 1.65V to 5.5V single-supply range is the headline selection parameter: it matches the part to the system's core logic voltage without needing an extra regulator. At 1.8V it works with low-power MCUs and FPGAs; at 3.3V or 5V it fits legacy TTL-compatible buses.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
