The SN74LVC1G11MDCKREP: The device provides 32mA source and sink output current, sufficient to drive multiple CMOS loads or small relays, and features a typical propagation delay of 5ns at 5V with a 50pF load, ensuring fast glitch-free gating in control and interface circuits.
The 1.65V to 5.5V supply range covers standard logic rails from 1.8V through 5V, allowing the gate to interface between different voltage domains without external level shifters. This is critical for mixed-voltage designs where a single gate must bridge a 3.3V controller to a 5V peripheral or handle a 1.8V sensor input.
The full military temperature range means the gate maintains specified timing and drive across extreme thermal cycling.
