Single-gate AND with wide supply — the glue-logic workhorse
Propagation delay is 5 ns at 5 V with a 50 pF load.
The 5 ns max propagation delay at 5 V / 50 pF is the number to check against your setup-and-hold budget. In a 50 MHz clock domain, that leaves about 15 ns of margin for the rest of the path — comfortable for most glue logic. At lower supply voltages the delay increases; the datasheet curve shows about 8 ns at 3.3 V. If you are running a 100 MHz bus, budget the delay into your timing closure analysis.
For a single-gate logic part that sees wide use across industries, the active lifecycle is a strong signal for production planning.
SC-70-5 footprint — small but solder-friendly
The SC-70-5 (also called SOT-353) package measures about 2.1 mm × 2.0 mm with a 0.65 mm pin pitch. The supplier device package is SC-70-5, and the alternate case styles listed are 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, and SOT-353 — all refer to the same physical footprint.
