Single-gate inverting buffer with open-drain output

Supply range and logic-level translation
With a supply range covering 1.65V to 5.5V, this part bridges low-voltage and legacy 5V logic without a dedicated level shifter. The input thresholds track VCC, so a 1.8V microcontroller output can drive a 3.3V or 5V load through the open-drain stage.
The wide temperature range means no derating concern for ambient environments that cycle through freezing and hot soak.
