Single 2-input NOR gate in a 5-pin SOT-23-5
It operates from a supply range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for mixed-voltage designs from 1.8 V logic up to 5 V Tolerant systems.
32 mA output drive — enough for a clean fan-out
The 32 mA symmetric output drive (both source and sink) lets this gate directly drive multiple CMOS inputs or a low-current LED indicator without a buffer. The 4.5 ns propagation delay at 5 V means it can keep up with fast clock or data paths in a 50 MHz bus without adding a cycle of skew. Input logic thresholds are specified as 0.7 V to 0.8 V for low and 1.7 V to 2 V for high across the supply range, so it cleanly interprets 1.8 V and 3.3 V logic levels.
The 1.65 V minimum supply also allows it to run from a battery that has sagged under load, which is a common requirement in portable or backup systems.
