The SC-70-5 is a small-outline plastic package with 0.65 mm pin pitch. The part's low thermal mass means it solders quickly — a standard 260°C peak reflow profile works fine, and hand rework with hot air at 300°C for 10-15 seconds lifts the part cleanly without lifting the pad. No exposed pad, no thermal via requirement. Just make sure the board's solder mask between pins is clean; the 0.65 mm pitch leaves little room for bridging.
