Supply voltage and temperature coverage
The 1.65V minimum supply lets it interface directly with low-voltage MCUs and FPGAs, while the 5.5V maximum handles legacy 5V logic rails. Quiescent current is 10 µA max, so it adds negligible standby drain in battery-powered systems.
Speed and drive for timing-critical paths
Maximum propagation delay 4.3 ns at 5V with 50 pF load. 32 mA output drive.
For production BOMs, the active status removes the urgency of a life-cycle buy, but we still recommend qualifying a second-source alternate for dual-sourcing resilience.
