Quad buffer with 3-state outputs for mixed-voltage buses
It operates from a 1.65V to 3.6V supply, making it suitable for interfacing between 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic domains in mixed-voltage systems. Each of the four buffers can sink or source 24 mA, enough to drive multiple CMOS inputs or a single TTL load across a short backplane trace. The 14-SOIC package fits standard board layouts for bus-buffering and signal-repeater applications.
The 1.65V minimum supply lets this buffer run directly from a 1.8V rail without a separate level translator, useful in low-power sensor interfaces or battery-backed domains. The 24 mA symmetric drive at both supply extremes means fan-out does not collapse at the low end of the voltage range.
