Quad 2-input AND gate in a 3.5×3.5 mm VQFN
The Texas Instruments SN74LVC08ARGYR packs four independent 2-input AND gates into a 14-VQFN package with an exposed pad for thermal relief. Supply range spans 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. Quiescent current is rated at 1 µA maximum, making this gate suitable for battery-backed or always-on sections where every microamp counts. Each output can sink or source 24 mA, enough to drive a standard CMOS load or a low-power LED indicator directly.
