The SN74LVC04AQDRQ1: Six independent inverter gates in a 14-SOIC, each with a single input. AEC-Q100 qualified, rated for -40°C to 125°C.
4.5 ns propagation delay — timing margin at 3.3 V
Max propagation delay is 4.5 ns at 3.3 V with a 50 pF load. Quiescent current is 10 µA.
24 mA output drive — no buffer needed for most loads
Each output sources or sinks 24 mA. That's enough to drive a standard CMOS logic input fan-out of 10 or more, or switch a small LED indicator directly. For relay coils or higher-current loads, you'll still need a transistor driver — but for logic-level translation and bus buffering, the 24 mA rating gives you headroom.
Supply range covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails
Operates from 2 V to 3.6 V. Input thresholds are 0.8 V low and 2 V high.
