AEC-Q100 XOR gate for 3.3V and 5V automotive logic
The SN74LV86ATPWRG4Q1: Each of the four independent XOR gates delivers 12mA output drive at both high and low logic levels, enough to drive four standard CMOS loads or a single LSTTL input without a buffer. The 8.8ns propagation delay at 5V and 50pF load sets the data-rate ceiling for the XOR function in the signal chain.
The 20µA max quiescent current keeps the power budget low in always-on automotive modules like body controllers or sensor interfaces. Input logic thresholds are 0.5V for low and 1.5V for high at 5V supply, giving a 1V noise margin on each side. The 14-TSSOP package (4.40mm width, 0.65mm pitch) is hand-solderable with a fine-tip iron and fits a standard two-layer PCB layout.
