Product details

Dual 1:4 decoder/demux in a 16-TSSOP footprint

The SN74LV139APW is a dual 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer from Texas Instruments' 74LV low-voltage CMOS family. Each of the two decoders accepts a 2-bit binary input and asserts one of four active-low outputs, controlled by an enable input. The 16-pin TSSOP footprint keeps the routing short — a natural fit for dense digital boards where every mm² counts.

Supply flexibility and output drive

At the 5.5 V end, the low-voltage CMOS process keeps dynamic power proportional to frequency — a 10 MHz decode rate draws roughly 1/10th the current of a 5 V bipolar equivalent.

The part ships in tube packaging and is ROHS3 compliant.
