The Texas Instruments SN74LV11ANSR is an active-production triple 3-input AND gate from the 74LV low-voltage CMOS logic family. It integrates three independent AND gates, each with three inputs, in a single 14-SOIC package. At 5V the high-level input threshold is 1.5V, so a 3.3V CMOS output driving high at 3.0V still registers a valid logic 1.

7.9 ns propagation delay at 5V with 12 mA output drive

Maximum propagation delay is 7.9 ns at 5V with a 50 pF load — this is the datasheet's absolute-max figure, not a typical. For a 20 MHz clock path the 7.9 ns delay leaves about 42 ns of the 50 ns period for the rest of the logic chain, which is comfortable for a few gates in series. At 3.3V the delay will be higher; page 6 of the datasheet shows the derating curve. The quiescent supply current is a maximum of 20 µA across the full temperature range, so the gate adds negligible static power to a battery-powered design.
