Quad 2-input AND gate for 2V to 5.5V rails

Input threshold levels — 0.5V low, 1.5V high
The input logic levels are specified at 0.5V for low and 1.5V for high across the supply range. This means the gate reliably interprets a 3.3V CMOS output as a high, and a sub-0.5V ground-referenced signal as a low. No level-shifting is needed when the SN74LV08APW sits between 3.3V and 5V domains, as long as the driving device's VOH exceeds 1.5V and VOL stays below 0.5V.
