5V-only 74LS hex buffer in 16-SOIC
The Texas Instruments SN74LS367ADR is a 74LS-series hex buffer with non-inverting logic and 3-state outputs, packaged in a 16-SOIC (3.90 mm width) for surface-mount assembly. Output drive is rated 2.6 mA high and 24 mA low, enough to drive a standard TTL bus or a few LS loads but not a long backplane without external line drivers.
Two-element configuration: one 2-bit, one 4-bit
The device contains two independent buffer elements: one with 2 bits and the other with 4 bits (hex notation). Each element has its own 3-state output enable, so you can gate the bus segments independently. This asymmetric split is handy when you need a 2-bit lane for control signals alongside a 4-bit data path, without wasting an extra package.
Temperature grade: commercial only
