Quad 2-Input NAND with open-collector outputs
The SN74LS26D is a Texas Instruments 74LS-series quad 2-input NAND gate featuring open-collector outputs. Each of the four independent gates drives a wired-AND bus or interfaces to higher-voltage logic without external level shifting. Open-collector outputs sink up to 8 mA per channel (low state) and float high, allowing multiple gates to share a common pull-up resistor for wired-AND configurations.
Supply and timing envelope
Propagation delay is 32 ns max at 5 V with a 15 pF load, suitable for bus-oriented logic running at moderate clock rates.
Supplied in a 14-SOIC package (0.154" body width, 3.90 mm) with a tube carrier. The surface-mount footprint is standard for SOIC-14 and mates with common pick-and-place and reflow profiles.
