Quad 2-input NOR gate in 14-SOIC
The SN74LS02D is a quad 2-input NOR gate from Texas Instruments' 74LS series, packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) surface-mount package.
Propagation delay and output drive
Maximum propagation delay is 15ns at 5V with a 15pF load — this sets the timing budget for the data path. The output can source 400µA and sink 16mA, enough to drive standard TTL loads or a few CMOS inputs on the same 5V rail. Input logic thresholds are 0.8V low and 2V high, compatible with 5V TTL and 74LS family outputs.
