8-bit bus buffer in a fine-pitch TSSOP-20
The SN74HCT541PW is an 8-bit non-inverting buffer with 3-state outputs from TI's 74HCT logic family. The 3-state outputs let multiple devices share a common data bus without contention — the outputs go high-impedance when the output-enable pin is inactive.
Supply and temperature envelope
It does not carry AEC-Q100 automotive qualification, so it is not specified for under-hood or chassis-mounted applications. For longer traces or higher fan-out, consider a bus transceiver with higher drive current.
