The SN74HCS30DR is a single 8-input NAND gate from TI's 74HCS family, with Schmitt-trigger inputs on all eight pins. Supply range of 2V to 6V covers both 3.3V and 5V logic rails, and the -40°C to 125°C temperature grade means it can sit in an outdoor telecom cabinet or an engine-bay controller without derating drama. Housed in a 14-SOIC package, it's a drop-in for existing 14-pin SOIC footprints on mixed-signal or digital boards.
