Bus buffer for 2V to 6V logic rails
The Texas Instruments SN74HC367PW is a 74HC-series non-inverting buffer with 3-state outputs, packaged in a 16-TSSOP (4.40 mm wide) for surface-mount boards. The dual-element layout gives you one 2-bit buffer and one 4-bit (hex) buffer in the same package, handy for splitting a 6-bit bus into two narrower paths or gating separate control lines.
The 7.8 mA source and sink capability per output is typical for the 74HC family. It drives a few CMOS gate inputs or a short PCB trace cleanly, but don't expect it to fan out to a dozen loads or drive a long unterminated backplane trace. For those cases you'd step up to a 74ABT or 74LVC variant with higher drive. At 2V supply the output current derates, so budget the load at the lowest operating voltage, not the nominal 5V.
The 74HC logic family is CMOS-based, so quiescent current stays low across the range — no bipolar shoot-through to worry about at temperature extremes.
