The SN74HC21D is a dual 4-input AND gate from the 74HC family, supplied in a 14-SOIC package (0.154" body width, 3.90mm). It operates across a 2V to 6V supply range, making it a direct fit for 3.3V or 5V logic rails without a level translator. Each of the two gates has four inputs; the output drives up to 5.2mA in both high and low states. The quiescent current is 2µA max, so the part adds negligible static draw to a mixed-signal board.
