Triple 3-input AND gate in a through-hole DIP
The SN74HC11N packs three independent 3-input AND gates into a 14-pin DIP — each gate performs the logical AND of three inputs on a 2V to 6V supply rail. With a quiescent current draw of just 2 µA max, it fits into battery-powered or low-standby logic where the supply budget is tight.
Propagation delay and output drive
Maximum propagation delay is 17 ns at 6V with a 50 pF load — this sets the data-rate ceiling for bus interfacing or clock gating. The symmetric 5.2 mA source/sink drive handles standard TTL loads and CMOS fan-out without external buffers.
