The SN74HC10DT is a triple 3-input NAND gate from the 74HC family, operating across a 2V to 6V supply range — covering both 3.3V and 5V logic rails common in mixed-voltage BOMs. Each of the three independent gates sinks or sources 5.2 mA, with a maximum propagation delay of 16 ns at 6V and 50 pF load — fast enough for most industrial control and sensor interface logic.
