The Texas Instruments SN74F10D is a triple 3-input NAND gate from the 74F family, packaged in a 14-SOIC (3.90 mm width) surface-mount package. It runs on a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply and delivers a 5 ns propagation delay at 5 V with a 50 pF load — fast enough for bus arbitration, address decoding, or glitch filtering in 5 V logic systems.
