The TI SN74F00DR is a quad 2-input NAND gate from the 74F family, packaged in a 14-SOIC for surface-mount assembly. It operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply and delivers a propagation delay of 5 ns at 5V with a 50 pF load — fast enough for address decoding, clock gating, or control signal cleanup in 5V bus interfaces. Each of the four independent gates sinks 20 mA or sources 1 mA, with logic-low threshold at 0.8V and logic-high at 2V.
