Quad bus switch in 14-SOIC
The SN74CBT3126D is a Texas Instruments 74CBT-series bus switch containing four independent 1:1 single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches in a single 14-SOIC package. Each switch presents a low on-resistance between the A and B ports when the corresponding output-enable (OE) pin is driven low, allowing digital signals to pass with minimal propagation delay — typically under 250 ps.
Supply and signal integrity
With four independent switches sharing a single 5 V supply, the SN74CBT3126D can multiplex or isolate four separate digital signals — for example, routing SPI chip-select lines or JTAG debug signals between a processor and multiple peripherals without adding series resistance.
The part is ROHS3 compliant, and the standard 74CBT logic family has broad second-source availability if a BOM hedge is needed.
