Product details

Four bus switches on a single 5V rail

The Texas Instruments SN74CBT3125D is a 74CBT-series Bus Switch containing four independent 1:1 single-pole single-throw switches in a single 14-SOIC package. Each switch connects an A port to a B port with a low on-state resistance, controlled by a dedicated output-enable pin.

Rated for the factory floor, not just the office

The 14-SOIC body (3.90 mm width) is a standard footprint — no exotic land pattern, no tight-pitch reflow trickery. MSL 3 out of the bag; bake before reflow if the moisture-barrier bag has been open past the floor-life window.

Active and straight through the channel

The SN74CBT3125D is active and ROHS3 compliant.

Frequently asked questions
