One-gate bus switch in SC-70-5
The SN74CBT1G125DCKR: In the SC-70-5 footprint (also SOT-353), it switches a digital bus line on or off with near-zero propagation delay, isolating the load when the output is disabled.
Supply rail and signal path
The SC-70-5 package (5-pin SOT-353) is the smallest footprint for a single-gate bus switch — 2.0 mm × 2.1 mm body, 0.65 mm pitch. The output enable pin (OE) pulls the switch into high-impedance state; tying OE to GND keeps the channel on, which is the default for a permanently connected bus segment.
ROHS3 compliant per the current revision. No pin-compatible second source or successor is documented; the part is sole-sourced from TI.
