Bus switch in a SOT-23-5 footprint
The SN74CB3T1G125DBVR is a single-pole single-throw bus switch from TI's 74CB series, configured as 1 x 1:1 — one switch channel that connects or isolates a digital signal path.
Supply and temperature envelope
The switch itself is unbuffered; signal propagation delay is negligible (sub-nanosecond) because the channel is essentially a pass transistor with low on-resistance. The 1 x 1:1 topology means no address decoding — the single switch is enabled by the output-enable pin (active low, per the 74CB family convention).
Package and board integration
The SOT-23-5 (SC-74A) footprint is a standard small-outline transistor package with 1.27 mm pitch — easy to route on two-layer boards. The supplier device package is SOT-23-5, identical to the SC-74A; no footprint mismatch.
ROHS3 compliant, so it meets the latest EU restriction directive without exemption. No official second-source or pin-compatible alternative is documented by TI; the part is single-sourced from TI.
