The Texas Instruments SN74BCT760DWR is a dual-element, 4-bit-per-element non-inverting buffer with open-collector outputs, built on the 74BCT BiCMOS logic family. It runs on a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply and sinks up to 64 mA per output when low.
Because the output only sinks current, every load must be connected between the output pin and a positive voltage (the pull-up rail). The 64 mA per-channel sink rating is the maximum continuous current the output transistor can handle when pulled low.
Package and handling — 20-SOIC wide, tape-and-reel ready
The part is supplied in a 20-SOIC package (0.295" body width, 7.50 mm) with a surface-mount footprint. Cut tape is also available for prototyping. No special handling beyond standard SMD reflow — the commercial temperature range means the part is not rated for extended storage above 70°C, so keep it out of hot staging areas.
