The SN74AXC8T245PWR: Each supply rail runs independently from 0.65 V up to 3.6 V. Two elements of eight bits each, with 3-state outputs and 12 mA drive on both high and low sides.
Each supply pin (VCCA and VCCB) can be set anywhere in that range independently. The SN74LVTH16245ADGVR, by contrast, runs on a single 2.7 V supply and can't do sub-2 V translation at all.
Rated across the full industrial span, so it's comfortable in outdoor telecom cabinets, engine-bay electronics, or factory-floor sensors. No need to derate or add a temperature-grade variant.
