16-TSSOP dual-supply level translator
The SN74AVCH4T245PWR is a 4-bit dual-supply translation transceiver from TI's 74AVCH series, packaged in a 16-TSSOP (0.173", 4.40mm width) with a surface-mount footprint that matches the standard 4.4mm body width TSSOP-16 land pattern. It operates from a 1.2V to 3.6V supply on both the VCCA and VCCB rails, allowing bidirectional voltage translation between two independent supply domains — for example, bridging a 1.8V MCU bus to a 3.3V peripheral without an external level shifter IC.
