0.8V to 3.6V supply — the so-what for your rail
The 0.8V to 3.6V supply range covers 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V rails without needing a separate level translator. The Schmitt-trigger input cleans up slow edges from RC debounce circuits or long PCB traces, so you don't need an extra gate just to condition a noisy signal. Each output drives 4 mA source and 4 mA sink — enough to light a low-current LED or feed the input of a downstream logic gate, but not for a relay coil or a buzzer.
Industrial temperature range, not automotive
It is not AEC-Q100 qualified, so avoid it for under-hood or chassis-domain automotive applications. The 74AUP family's quiescent current is typically in the microamp range, which is why it shows up in energy-harvesting and always-on sensor interfaces.
ROHS3 compliant, so no exemption expiry concerns.
