Low-power NOR gate for battery-operated designs
The SN74AUP2G02DCUR: Quiescent current maxes out at 500 nA — this is the standby draw that matters for a sensor node or wearable that spends most of its life asleep, waking only to process a NOR of two interrupt lines. Output drive is symmetric at 4 mA source and sink, enough to switch a downstream CMOS input or a small LED indicator without a buffer.
Package and board-fit: 8-VFSOP (VSSOP-8)
Housed in an 8-VFSOP package measuring 0.091" (2.30 mm) width, with the supplier device package designated 8-VSSOP — a fine-pitch, low-profile surface-mount footprint suited for dense PCB layouts. CT suits prototype or low-volume builds.
