Single 2-input NAND gate in SC-70-5 – 74AUP family
The Texas Instruments SN74AUP1T00DCKR is a single 2-input NAND gate from the 74AUP series. It operates from a 2.3 V to 3.6 V supply, fitting 2.3 V to 3.6 V digital rails.
Propagation delay and drive strength
Maximum propagation delay is 4.4 ns at 3.3 V with a 30 pF load. That timing is fast enough for most low-to-mid-speed logic paths but not intended for sub-nanosecond critical paths. Output drive is 4 mA sink and source — typical for the 74AUP family and adequate for driving a single CMOS load or a short trace. The 500 nA maximum quiescent current is the standout feature: in battery-operated equipment, this gate adds negligible standby drain.
Supply voltage and logic thresholds
Input logic-low thresholds range from 0.35 V to 0.5 V; logic-high thresholds from 1.1 V to 1.19 V.
