Single Schmitt-trigger inverter in 0.8V–3.6V logic family
The SN74AUP1G14DBVT is a single-channel inverter with Schmitt-trigger input, part of TI's 74AUP low-power logic family. It operates from 0.8V to 3.6V supply, making it suitable for battery-powered and core-voltage rail translation down to 1.8V or 1.2V. Maximum quiescent current is 500 nA, which keeps standby drain negligible in always-on sensor interfaces and portable instruments. Propagation delay is 6.2 ns typical at 3.3V with 30 pF load, fast enough for most low-frequency signal conditioning and debounce circuits.
Industrial temperature grade and SOT-23-5 footprint
Packaged in SOT-23-5 (SC-74A), the 0.95 mm pitch footprint is a common small-signal logic layout; the same land pattern is shared with many single-gate devices from TI and competitors. Available in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) for prototype or production quantities.
Active production — no obsolescence risk
Sourced per RFQ against your target quantity. Current pricing and lead time confirmed at quote time — no stock-holding claim, but the part is widely available through the TI distribution channel.
