Single-gate buffer for ultra-low-voltage buses
The SN74AUP1G125YZPR: Its supply range from 0.8V to 3.6V makes it one of the few single-gate buffers that can operate directly from a 0.8V core rail or a 3.3V I/O bank without a level translator. The 4mA output drive is sized for light loads — think GPIO expansion, clock buffering, or enable gating on a low-power bus — not for driving a long trace or multiple fan-outs.
4 mA output — what it can and cannot drive
The 4mA source and sink capability is typical for the 74AUP family. It will cleanly drive a single CMOS input or a low-power LED indicator, but don't plan on switching a relay coil or a long ribbon cable. If your load budget exceeds 4mA per channel, you need a higher-drive family like 74LVC or 74AHCT.

Industrial temperature grade
It is not qualified to AEC-Q100, so it is not recommended for under-hood automotive or other high-reliability automotive applications without additional qualification.
