Wide-supply single buffer for mixed-voltage buses

SOT-23-5 footprint and board integration
Housed in a SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A, SOT-753), the SN74AUP1G125DBVT occupies a 2.9 mm × 1.6 mm board footprint. The 5-pin layout routes one supply, one ground, one input, one output, and the output-enable pin — the OE pin pulls the output into high-impedance state when driven low, allowing multiple buffers to share a bus without contention. The 4 mA output drive at both high and low levels is enough to drive a single CMOS load or a short PCB trace; for longer lines or multiple fan-out, a downstream line driver may be needed.
