Single-gate open-drain inverter for the 0.8 V–3.6 V rail
It operates from a 0.8 V to 3.6 V supply, drawing a maximum quiescent current of 500 nA, making it a fit for battery-powered and portable equipment where every microamp matters. The open-drain output sinks up to 4 mA and allows wired-OR connections, level translation to a higher voltage rail, or driving an indicator LED — the external pull-up resistor sets the high-level voltage. Propagation delay is 10.5 ns at 3.3 V with a 30 pF load, fast enough for general-purpose control signals and low-speed buses. The part is specified across the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and comes in a 6-XFDFN package (6-SON, 1x1 mm body), suited for space-constrained PCBs in portable instruments, IoT edge nodes, and sensor interfaces.
