Dual 4-input NAND in a 14-pin DIP
The SN74AS20N is a dual 4-input NAND gate from the 74AS family, packaged in a 14-pin DIP (0.300" width) for through-hole assembly.
The 2 mA output-high and 20 mA output-low drive current gives enough fan-out to feed multiple TTL loads without external buffers.
TTL-compatible thresholds and supply rail
Input logic levels are 0.8 V low and 2 V high, making the part directly compatible with standard 5 V TTL logic families.
