Supply voltage range and output drive
The SN74ALVC244PWR: Operates from 1.65 V to 3.6 V, covering 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V logic domains without a separate level translator. The 24 mA symmetrical output drive at both high and low levels handles standard CMOS loads and short PCB traces directly.
Dual 4-bit buffer with bus isolation
Two elements, each buffering four bits, give eight total channels in a single 20-TSSOP package. The 3-state outputs let you isolate the bus during power sequencing or when the driving device is in reset.
Industrial temperature and surface-mount package
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient, covering factory-floor and outdoor enclosure environments. Housed in a 20-TSSOP (4.40 mm width) with supplier device package 20-TSSOP; supplied on tape and reel for pick-and-place assembly.
