16-bit bus driver for wide data-path buffering
It provides three-state outputs for bus-oriented applications, with the 16-bit width suiting memory-interface, backplane, and processor-bus buffering where signal integrity over longer traces matters.
RoHS non-compliant — lead-free assembly constraint
Designs requiring full RoHS conformance for EU or similar markets will need an alternative — either a leaded-process assembly line or a RoHS-compliant variant in the same logic family. The non-compliant status is a first-order fit filter for any BOM targeting lead-free reflow.
Bulk packaging — handling and reflow planning
For automated pick-and-place lines, this may require tube feeders or manual loading. The rework lab should note that Bulk parts lack the moisture-barrier bag seal of reeled parts — MSL handling per the device label is still required, but the absence of a sealed bag means the floor-life clock starts from the moment the tube is opened.
