5V-only NAND gate in a SOT-23-5
The SN74AHCT1G00DBVT: The 7.9ns propagation delay at 5V with a 15pF load keeps timing closure straightforward in moderate-speed 5V buses.
If your board has a mix of voltage domains, the input thresholds (low at 0.8V, high at 2V) are TTL-compatible, so it can accept 3.3V signals as a valid high, but the output swings rail-to-rail at 5V only. The 7.9ns propagation delay at 5V with a 15pF load is the worst-case figure under nominal conditions; actual delay in a typical 50pF bus will be slightly higher, so budget an extra nanosecond or two when cascading multiple gates in a critical path.
The 74AHCT series is a mature logic family with broad second-source availability; if supply tightens, the 74AHC1G00 variant (same pinout, 2V to 5.5V supply) is a functional cross-reference, though its input thresholds are CMOS-level, not TTL.
