Single NAND gate with TTL-compatible thresholds
The SN74AHCT1G00DBVR: Its input logic levels — 0.8V low, 2V high — are TTL-compatible, meaning it interfaces directly with 3.3V logic outputs without external level translation, while the 5V CMOS output swings full rail for the next stage. Propagation delay is 7.9ns max at 5V with a 15pF load, so it handles clock rates up to roughly 60 MHz in a single-gate path before timing margin becomes tight. The 8mA output drive per pin (both high and low) gives enough fan-out for up to four standard LSTTL loads or one CMOS load with minimal rise-time degradation.
Package and board-fit
Supplied in an SC-74A (SOT-753) package, also designated as SOT-23-5. The 5-pin footprint is a standard surface-mount layout — 0.95mm pitch, 2.9mm body length — compatible with reflow profiles typical for lead-free assemblies. Tape-and-reel or cut-tape options suit both prototyping and production runs.
