The SN74AHC240PW is an active-production Texas Instruments 74AHC-series octal inverting buffer with 3-state outputs. Two elements of four bits each give an 8-bit bus width with independent output-enable control per nibble. Each output sources or sinks 8mA, enough to drive standard CMOS logic inputs and short PCB traces without an external buffer.
Industrial temperature grade and 20-TSSOP footprint
