8-bit D-type register with tri-state outputs
The SN74ACT574DWR is an 8-bit D-type flip-flop from TI's 74ACT family, clocked at 110 MHz with a propagation delay of 11 ns into a 50 pF load at 5 V. Positive-edge triggered, it captures data on the rising clock edge and presents it through tri-state, non-inverted outputs. The single 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply rail and 4 µA quiescent current keep the power budget tight. Industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) suits it for factory-floor logic, motor-drive interface, and general-purpose bus buffering where you need registered outputs with a bus-disable option.
Package and footprint
Housed in a 20-SOIC wide-body (7.50 mm width) package. Surface-mount only. The DWR suffix indicates tape-and-reel or cut-tape delivery.
Timing and drive
Each of the eight outputs sources or sinks 24 mA. The 11 ns propagation delay at 5 V, 50 pF is the specified value.
Lifecycle and compliance
ROHS3 compliant, no exemptions. No known PCN activity.
